The room featured nice amenities and everything I needed. The housekeeping service was very thorough, I especially liked the turndown service.
The afternoon tea was quite disappointing. The wait time for the sandwiches was long. It took nearly 50 minutes.

I stayed four nights. the hotel enjoys a great spot. buckingham palace and many other sites are walkable. the hotel is super clean. the entire staff were amazing. Everyone, not just a few, was helpful. two couples and all four of us voiced similar praise.
i noticed the expenses charged to the room exceeded the initial pre-authorisation on my card. this resulted in getting locked out of my room. it was fixed only after i paid an amount. it turned out to be wrong but was immediately charged to my card.

the room was awesome (i stayed in a beautiful king room!). it had a nespresso machine with several capsule types. the bathroom was spacious with good lighting and great towels.
i got locked out of my room. this happened because the expenses exceeded the pre-authorization on my card. the front desk staff did not seem to know the difference between a charge and a pre-authorization
